At POP UNDIE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a hassle-free return process designed with your health and hygiene in mind.

Important: As underwear is intimate apparel and for the sake of your health and others', all underwear sold at POP UNDIE store is eligible for refunds without the need to return the product in most cases.

Order Status

  • Not Yet Shipped: Full refund available
  • Already Shipped: Follow the return or exchange guidelines below

Seven-Day No-Reason Return

  • After receiving your order, you may initiate a return without a specific reason within seven days
  • Simply contact our customer service to start the process

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Refund: Receive a full refund, including shipping costs
  • Replacement: Request a free replacement product
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Size or Color Incompatibility

  • One free exchange allowed for size or color issues
  • Process varies based on order value (see below)
