Shipping is available to Europe and North America, except for dependent territories and overseas islands. You can choose Express Delivery or Standard Delivery.
Note: During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.
Order Processing
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How Can I Track My Order?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days.
- As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
- Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
- You will also be able to track your order in your account.
Note: Processing can take longer during promotional sales.
Tax and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
